INE USA Return Policy

1. General Principles
This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Customers may return Products purchased through the INE USA store (ineusa.biz). All returns are subject to the provisions set forth in this policy, which complements the General Conditions of Sale.

2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1. Customers may return Products within 30 days from the date of delivery if they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
2.2. Returns must be initiated through the Shopify return portal or by contacting customer support, which provides an easy-to-use interface for managing returns.

3. Conditions for Returns
3.1. The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

  • The Product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • The return request is initiated within the stipulated 30-day period.

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included with the return.

3.2. Products that are personalized or made to customer specifications cannot be returned.

4. Return Process
4.1. To initiate a return, Customers must:

  • Access the Shopify return portal via the INE USA website to fill out the return request form.

  • Print the return label provided through the portal and include it in the return shipment.

4.2. Customers may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the Product unless otherwise specified. However, Shopify allows for easy label generation, which can streamline the return process.

5. Refunds
5.1. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, INE USA will process the refund within 14 days.
5.2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase.
5.3. INE USA reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred due to diminished value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

6. Exchanges
6.1. If a Customer wishes to exchange a Product, they may request an exchange through the Shopify return portal or by contacting customer support.
6.2. Customers will need to return the original Product first and then place a new Purchase Order for the desired Product.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
7.1. If the Product is received damaged or defective, the Customer must notify INE USA within 48 hours of delivery.
7.2. INE USA will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective Products and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Limitations
8.1. Returns are subject to the conditions outlined in the General Conditions of Sale.
8.2. INE USA is not liable for Products that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
